Grant Application Guidelines
|
JES & Co. was founded in 1997 in Tucson, Arizona to provide youth with balanced environments that enable development of effective communication skills through the use of technology. With over fifty years of background in education and technology, individually and collectively, the founders of JES & Co. realized that there is a critical need for an organization with both the desire and the qualifications to assess need; synthesize working solutions from available resources, work to enhance the communication skills among students, schools, parents and communities; and manage public, private and corporate funds responsibly to achieve that end.
All organizations seeking participation with JES & Co. must have a 501(c) (3) designation from the Internal Revenue Service and submit a copy of the determination letter indicating such status with its requests. Contribution requests complying with the requirements outlined below will be eligible for consideration. Verification of approval or declination is made as quickly as possible.
|
Requests for participation should consist of a letter outlining:
- The purpose of the request
- The sponsoring organization
- Anticipated budget
- Amount of request
- Additional funding sources
- Organizational structure (charter school, district, federal, state, local)
- The unique and/or continued need for the request
- The number of additional student seats requested
