Diny Golder, Executive Director of JES & Co. and Jillian Dellit, Director of the Learning Federation Secretariat will co-present during the upcoming CoSN Conference 2010: Innovation, Ingenuity and Insight to be held March 1-2, 2010 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC.

Their presentation titled, "Global Exchange of Resources Through Standardized use of Academic Standards Metadata" will highlight the recent collaboration between JES & Co. and Australia to produce an interoperable collection of Australian National learning standards using the ASN.

JES & Co.'s work with Australia represents groundbreaking use of new technologies in native RDF/XML representation, storage and retrieval of achievement standards data. This unprecedented approach is creating new and exciting possibilities for the sharing and repurposing of educational materials on a global basis.

This work is creating an open source RDF editor and has provided the world with a new set of tools which are dynamically configurable based on the needs of the user. The open source ASN RDF Editor opens exciting new possibilities for creating interoperable data that transcends the education enterprise and encompasses limitless possibilities for any organization that creates, shares and uses RDF data.
